Therapy is a wonderful opportunity for personal growth, self-discovery, and positive change. It can be scary to ask for help, but with a therapist who is the right fit, real improvements can be achieved. Jackie works from a trauma-informed approach, and believes that looking at both our past and our present circumstances can provide a lot of insight into times we're feeling stuck. Utilizing warmth, empathy, humor, and tangible practices to affect change, Jackie looks forward to each session with each client to assist them on their journey to self-discovery.
Jackie is passionate about working with women who are experiencing life changes, anxiety, trauma, general stress, transition, and/or interpersonal conflict. She specializes in assisting clients learn tangible skills and practices that they can take with them into the more difficult moments of life. Jackie also offer trainings & workshops for companies.
Jackie is not accepting new therapy clients at this time. Jackie is available for consulting services, corporate trainings and workshops, or speaking engagements.
It takes courage and commitment to begin the therapy process. Molly’s approach is to create a warm, validating, and safe place in which client’s can explore life’s challenges. Molly works together with clients to find ways to help manage difficulties, calm the nervous system, understand patterns, improve communication and relationships, and make more conscious choices. Molly meets clients where they are, and works with them on figuring out where they want to go and how to get there. She enjoys working with those who are new to therapy or who are seeking a fresh approach.
